Description
Our extra virgin olive oil "Sant'Isidoro" is made from two varieties of olives: Moraiole, Frantoie and a little Leccino.
The harvest takes place from mid-October to the end of November, in which we produce approximately 6500 liters of extra virgin olive oil annually.
The olives are harvested by hand and this is exactly what makes this oil so precious and qualitatively unique.
The olives are brought to the mill on the same day to guarantee high quality, where cold pressing takes place to maintain all the nutritious components.
In order to preserve the properties of the oil, it is not filtered and stored in stainless steel tanks, thus maintaining its unique taste.
