Tenuta Sant'Isidoro is located in an enchanting place in close proximity to beautiful Florence.

Vines and olive trees have always been cultivated here, and the deep connection with this bountiful land is celebrated starting with the name. Legend has it, in fact, that St. Isidore was a young farmer from the 11th century and that, in these very areas, he performed a "miracle," saving a child who had fallen into a well from drowning.

An evocative legend for an enchanting place, which the Razzanelli family has loved, protected and cultivated since 1960. We guarantee the excellence of the products and the utmost comfort in hospitality. To the magic, Florence takes care of that.

Our Story

Since 1960, the Razzanelli Family has loved, protected and cultivated the Sant'Isidoro Estate..

1960

Anacleto Razzanelli, my father, dreamed of opening a farm producing wine and oil. He fell in love with the place during a walk in the hills of Pozzolatico, in Florence. A week later, the estate was his.

1970

With the advice of the best Tuscan winemakers, vines were planted immediately. Excellent grapes for high quality wines.

2017

In this year my family and our Swiss friends the Pieper family became the sole owners and together we decided with the advice of our agronomist and winemaker to renovate the vineyards to ensure an excellent product and continue the production of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

2018

Planting of new vines and renovation of all buildings has begun. Fifteen rooms plus all services and two swimming pools to serve guests will be built in the two housing complexes.
