Description
The white wine "PYRACANTHA" bears the name of the plant that surrounds the property in the form of a hedge and is typical of this area.
This is not only decorative, but has the function of protecting the vines so as to allow them to express the best fruit.
The wine is produced with local grapes such as Trebbiano and Malvasia as well as Chardonnay and Sauvignon which enhance aromas and flavour.
Winification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and therefore allows for optimal fermentation.
The use of local grapes, making the most of the soil on which the vines grow, enhances the taste, freshness and minerality of the wine.
It goes well with fish, vegetables, but also as an aperitif with cheese and salami.
